In March 2022 a group named SULIA conducted a training course at MOET which continued over the duration of 5 days.
The aim of the training was to provide members of local communities with the agricultural skills and knowledge required to run an agricultural business.
During the course, SULIA emphasised how each of these agricultural businesses could lead individuals to become self-sufficient.
MOET and the other members of the community that were present were provided with sunflower seeds to begin the process and within a month sunflower production began!
Although some issues were faced regarding the lack of water supply, the sunflowers were still excellent.
