April 2018 Report – Aquaculture Farming at MOET

Aquaculture is one of the programs being carried out at MOET. This program has helped contribute to MOET income through sale of fingerlings. The fingerlings are taken from the ponds selling of parent fish as well as helping with the school feeding program. During the period, the quality of the water in the pond was observed to have gone below the desirable conditions and responsible staff took an initiative to refill fresher water in them. In the picture below the staff is seen providing feed for the fish fast growth.
